Service Conditions
Material under repair will only be accepted after filling out the RMA form.
You will be contacted by our staff who will provide you with the correct packaging and shipping instructions as well as a valid RMA number.
The material will only be repaired under warranty if the following conditions are met:
- Falls within the warranty time related to the product;
- Documentation proving the sale is provided;
- Goods purchased (in Italy have been done so) through authorised dealers;
- Goods have not been tampered with/modified.
The warranty does not in any case cover transport costs, which shall be charged to the customer as well as any customs charges that may apply. Material shipped freight collect (whether under warranty or out of warranty) will be rejected and any resulting costs will be charged to the sender. We only accept shipments by express courier, any shipments made by post will be rejected.
Attention
- When shipping, always make sure that the goods are packed and protected adequately to prevent damage in transit.
- Funky Junk accepts no liability in the event of damage.
- If it becomes necessary for Funky Junk personnel to repack the goods for shipment to the service workshop, they will be charged the corresponding labour costs.
- The customer is obliged to collect the goods within and no later than 30 days from the notice of readiness of the goods, after which time Funky Junk is entitled to a lien on the goods provided that they are still with the person who performed the service and/or incurred the expenses for services and expenses relating to the preservation and improvement of movable property.
- Therefore, in the event of failure to collect and pay for the repair, Funky Junk, in addition to not being obliged to return the goods, also has the right to sell them.
Technical Assistance Costs
Hourly costs (not divisible)
- Technical assistance for outboard, consoles, recorders or software € 75,00*
- Technical assistance for microphones € 95,00*
- On site wiring € 50,00*
- Board and lodging costs to be paid in full
No quotations will be made in respect of repairs, except after testing and inspection of the equipment. In the event the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair of the equipment (even in the case of a quick repair), a minimum assessment charge of €75.00* will apply.

Product Delivery and Pick-up
Attention – Delivery and collection of repaired or unrepaired products to be made at Funky Junk Italy Srl’s premises is at the customer’s care, expense, and risk. In the event the transportation is carried out by Funky Junk (either directly or by courier), the products travel under the customer’s responsibility, and Funky Junk takes no responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise. Upon specific request of the customer Funky Junk evaluates the possibility of insuring the transport by charging the relative cost in addition to the transport price. Transport costs, as well as any customs charges, shall in any case be borne by the customer. Only shipments by Express Courier are accepted; shipments by Italian Postal Service are not accepted.
