We also offer a range of chargeable express shipping options for next working day, as well as a cabbing service for urgent deliveries within the Greater London area.

Locations not considered Mainland UK are not eligible for free shipping.
These include (but are not limited to) Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Orkney, Scottish Highlands and Shetland.
Shipping costs for these ares will be calculated at checkout.
WORLDWIDE
For export of international orders placed on the U.K. store, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
All orders that are in stock we aim to dispatch from our warehouse within 48 hours.
We ship all orders outside of the UK via DHL.
All prices and delivery charges are exclusive of VAT for export. The customer is responsible for any additional duties and charges incurred upon receipt of goods. Import charges vary between country and region, so we advise customers check with their local tax authority for details on import taxes.
FREIGHT
Delivery charges for larger items and freight will be calculated during checkout. However, please note that these charges may not be the final amount as additional shipping fees may be applicable at the time of shipping. If there are any additional charges, we will contact you before shipping.
Please be aware that the choice of courier for large or freight items may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

N.B.: These rates apply to standard size products only, shipping rates for larger products such as consoles. studio furniture, analogue recorders, large monitors etc will be quoted when the order is formalized.
All outbound shipments are covered by insurance.
PRODUCT LEAD TIMES
If a product is marked as “In Stock” and your order is placed before 2pm, goods will normally be shipped out the same day for next-day delivery (although this is not guaranteed). The product page will indicate if it’s in stock and eligible for next working day shipping.
For items that are not currently in stock, lead times can vary depending on availability. Some boutique items are considered special orders and may take around two weeks or more, depending on the lead time from the manufacturer. Please contact us if you need an item urgently, and we will endeavor to source it for you as soon as possible.
